2. SMS Messaging Programs
Schwartz Cubed LLC operates two separate SMS programs. Consent to one does not enroll you in the other.
Market Updates & Alerts. Schwartz Cubed LLC operates an SMS messaging program to deliver business updates, market commentary, and consulting insights to opted-in subscribers.
S3 Lead Alerts. For clients of Schwartz Cubed LLC's lead-monitoring service, S3 Lead Alerts deliver notifications about new customer inquiries received by the client's business, including the inquirer's name, contact details, a summary of the request, and reminders about unanswered inquiries. Alerts are delivered by email by default; SMS delivery is optional. S3 Lead Alerts contain no marketing content.
For both programs: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

- Interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of our services
- Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
